Out of the window, around the house
Thanksgiving is approaching. It's that time of the year where everyone packs away their halloween decorations and brings out their thanksgiving ones. The scary masks and skeletons become beautiful gourds, pumpkins, turkey's, squash, and other food related thanksgiving items. This is what is going on in this image. When I took it I heard the crinkle of tin foil over a cooking meal, smelled the garlic bread on the stove, saw how radiant these pumpkins looked. Then I snapped this photo, not meaning to use the flash but it happened anyway. It made it better in a way because it highlights the shiny nature of these fake decorations, making them more real.

Andy Goldsworthy project
This is my first person representation of the life on Andy Goldsworthy. I tell of his life through my eyes in a creative and engaging way. The project includes photos of his art that show how good of an artist he is.

Spooky, Scary image
I wanted to make this photo look like a child is looking over or under his bed to check for monsters like most kids do when they are little. I wanted it to be dark, hyperrealistic, and a clear view of what the subject is. I believe that the photo came out just as I envisioned it because it shows of all the traits that I wanted to show. It also shows a bit of bedsheets so it feels more like you are looking under your bed than just some other kid.
